Yoga for Hope

Dedicated to healing the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga for Hope is a nationwide initiative born out of City of Hope’s awareness of the vital role complementary and integrative therapies play in healing the whole person. City of Hope seeks to understand the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection to the prevention, treatment and recovery of those battling cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening diseases.

• WHAT (is it?)

  EarthTones was a happy sponsor of the 2012 inaugural Los Angeles Yoga for Hope. The event, which took place on May 19th at Santa Monica Place, was only one of many in a nationwide fundraising and awareness campaign for City Of Hope and the integration, research and promotion of yoga, music and mind-body practices as preventive and supportive care for patients, as well as their loved ones, dealing with Cancer, Diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses.

  The events feature workshops and yoga classes by leading instructors from around the world and are accompanied by live musical performances by conscious artists and ambassadors of music as a healing modality, including EarthTones featured artist and yogi Steve Gold.

In conjunction with the Yoga for Hope 2012 events, EarthTones and Nettwerk Music / Nutone Records created Music for Hope – a Limited Edition of the critically acclaimed Yoga Revolution CD, bringing together world renown artists in support of City of Hope’s Yoga for Hope campaign.
